The workshops are created separately from the weekly classes and can be taken in addition to the classes or as a stand alone workshop. No prior experience is necessary to attend.
Sensing Creativity Workshop
Tap into your deep creativity using mindfulness and gentle movement. Learn how to work through blocks and deadlines with grace and pleasure. Discover new gateways to move you towards your innate artistic potential.
This workshop combines the Feldenkrais Method® and simple drawing exercises. The lessons are designed to meet you at your own level so anyone can benefit. Please bring a mat, blanket or towel to lie down on.
